SARDINE Fish 250g
Raw Mango 2 nos.
Cocum – 1 no.
Fenugreek seed – 1/2 tsp.
Onion small chopped – 1 no [shallot is more tasty]
Ginger crushed – 2 inch size
Garlic crushed – 3 Samll pods
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaf – as req
Coconut Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – as req
Hot water -2 cup
Method……..
Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, put fenugreek seed, add curry leaf, let it splutter, then add onion chopped and saute well, add crushed ginger garlic and saute well, now make a paste with chilly-powder turmeric powder and salt
add in to it, saute 2 to 3 min till the oil separates, then add raw mango cut-pieces, if required add 1 cocum, add boiled water, let it boil, make the fire sim, and add the cleaned fish, and let it boil nicely around 5 to 6 min in low flame……., check the fish cooked well….., and flame off…….
